The majority of bookings (whether secured via this site, our toll-free numbers or one of the GDS systems) will instantly be integrated into the corresponding hotel’s system. Information relating to those bookings can be retrieved either via the initial booking instrument (i.e. this site or the GDS system), by calling one of our reservation centres, or by directly contacting the hotel with the guest name and his or her arrival date.

However, it may happen in some cases that our hotels do not have direct access to our Central Reservation System (CRS). As a result, there may be a short lag before the booking is integrated into the Property Management System (PMS). We therefore ask that you note the following, prior to contacting a hotel directly:

• Any booking made either via this site, one of the GDS systems or one of our reservation centres might not be accessible to the hotel instantly. Sometimes, you should expect a lag of a few hours before the hotel concerned receives the booking you have made.

• Confirmation numbers may differ from one system to the next: GDS system, our CRS or the PMSs. Please ensure you have thorough information, such as guest name and arrival date, whenever you wish to retrieve bookings from a hotel directly.

• Even though we shall do our best at all times to satisfy specific requests, we cannot guarantee them prior to the actual arrival date.
