CASE STUDY: A THEMED AWARDS DINNER AT THE HOTEL CONCORDE LA FAYETTE

 



A major international direct sales company chose the Hotel Concorde La Fayette for a gala event to reward its top sales people.

The event was organized for 800 Japanese guests.

The hotel was a perfect fit for this event because it offered all the requisite keys to success. An ideal location near the Champs Elysées, easy access via all means of transportation and unbeatable views of the Eiffel Tower or Sacré Cœur from the rooms are features that hold high appeal for foreign clients.

In addition, the hotel is one of the best in the business when it comes to providing hotel rooms and gala reception areas on one site. The 2000m2 banquet space was transformed for the evening into a progressive buffet with a “Parisian neighborhood” theme.
The hotel’s “La Fayette Receptions” catering service and its decorator Pierre Alexander Catala joined forces to offer the client a unique eating experience, inviting guests to stroll along a designated culinary circuit, enjoying delicacies and displays including the flower garden Salad Shake in the Luxembourg Gardens, a chocolate fountain in the Tuileries Gardens or beef ribs cooked to perfection à la coupole.

There was even an Asian corner where guests could put in requests for sushi, maki and other favorites prepared in minutes by a Sushi Man.

The event was a huge success, thanks to creative food and decoration solutions that hit the mark.
