CASE STUDY: THE WORLD PRESENTATION OF AUDI'S NEW MODEL Q5

During two months, the hotel Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa has been holding the International presentation of Audi’s new Q5 model. The German company entrusted the hotel with this important event due to the extensive facilities and amenities, its beautiful tropical garden in addition to the exclusive and personalized service that this hotel provides.

The modern hotel offers the largest meeting room space on the Costa del Sol and provides a total surface of more than 2.000 square meters for all type of events. The food & beverage service offers a large variety of coffee-breaks, working lunch, cocktails, buffets and gala dinners providing therefore a wide range of possibilities to hold all kind of events.

For this occasion, Audi has brought more than 12 000 room nights in diary groups of 300 guests. On their first day, the participants tested the car on an external practice area and for the second one, they had the chance to enjoy the facilities and services of the hotel. This was the first time Audi organized such a meeting with success.
