When you book a room on concorde-hotels.com, we guarantee that you will find the best possible rate.
In case you find a lower publicly rate, we ask you to inform us so that we can amend your reservation by matching the lower rate plus we will give you a 30 € credit voucher that you will be able to spend during your stay with us.

1 – Best Rate Guarantee offer applies to the following:

  • You must find a lower publicly available rate on a different reservation channel than mentioned above for the same accommodations (as defined below) while processing your reservation. The term “Same Accommodations” is defined as the same accommodations at the same hotel with the same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests, same room type, same cancellation and advance purchase policies, same benefits and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate.
  • When multiple rates for the same hotel, reservation dates, and room type are available through a Concorde Direct Channel, you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee.
  • Before completing and paying your reservation, you must contact Concorde Hotels & Resorts’ claim department by phone: call +33 (0)1 5700 5040 (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to midnight, Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Paris time) and follow the telephone representative’s instructions to process the claim.
  • The Same Accommodations must be available for purchase at the time your claim is submitted.
  • Only one claim may be submitted and is eligible for each stay (stay shall be defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent by the same guest, guests, or subset thereof, at the same participating hotel, without regard to whether a guest checks out and checks back into the participating hotel again).
  • If there is no Concorde Hotels & Resorts rate available that has substantially similar rate rules to that of the Competing Rate, and the Competing Rate is lower than any available Concorde Hotels & Resorts rate, Concorde Hotels & Resorts, in its sole discretion, may honor the Competing Rate with the applicable limitations, room type, and amenities, provided it meets all other Terms and Conditions. Concorde Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to deny a claim where the Competing Rate is equal to the Concorde Hotels & Resorts rate, and the rate limitations are substantially the same or the Competing Rate has more restrictive rate limitations than the Concorde Hotels & Resorts rate.
  • If Rate Eligibility and availability is verified, Concorde hotels and resorts will match the lower rate and offer a 30 € credit voucher to be used during your stay.
  • Concorde Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

2 - Best Rate Guaranteed offer DOES NOT APPLY to the following:

  • Reservations booked through a non- Concorde Direct Channel (defined in chapter 1).
  • Rates available on "opaque" websites where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known until the booking is made.
  • Rates available on Private Sales Websites (including but not limited to the following travel agents : Voyage Privé,  Travelzoo)
  • Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to the following rates: membership, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, offline wholesale/FIT, pre-paid rates which may include a voucher (including electronic vouchers), group or other specially negotiated rates.
  • Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges.
  • Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rates are excluded from the offer.
  • Only one claim may be submitted and is eligible for each stay (Stay defined in paragraph 1).
