Contact – Concorde Training Action, the internal training centre, offers a variety of tools to help everyone progress at their own pace.

Our training-via-Internet approach makes it possible for all employees to access progression paths, followed by practical validation processes. Thus, in accordance with requirements, our teams have access to a path to improvement, from a choice of close to 50 online training modules.

Internal mobility: a priority

Our Group mobility policy fosters our employee development by taking into account their performance and potential, as well as their aspirations for change and the opportunities available within Concorde Hotels & Resorts. This policy is implemented through a variety of tools. The Career meeting is a major part of the process.

A fair and attractive compensation

Concorde Hotels & Resorts has an attractive pay policy, calculated over 13 months and including social protection (complementary health insurance and contingency plan) as well as employee participation in corporate results (profit-sharing). All employees are entitled to join the Group Savings Scheme.

Executives pay includes a fixed salary and up to 30% variable pay. The latter is linked to achieving objectives both in terms of quality and quantity.

Concorde Hotels & Resorts employees work 35 hours per week and enjoy 2 consecutive rest days weekly.

The Louvre Hotels card

Upon joining the company, you will be given a Louvre Hotels card. This will entitle you to a 50% discount on accommodation and 15% on catering, subject to certain conditions.
Those discounts are valid in certain brands belonging to the Louvre Hotels Group such as Kyriad, Première Classe and Campanile, but also those of the Concorde Hotels & Resorts Group.
