Concorde Hotels & Resorts

OUR COMMITMENTS TO EMPLOYEES

Diversity

Diversity is very much a reality in the Concorde Hotels Group: diversity in terms of professions and profiles, diversity in terms of cultures and origins, and diversity in terms of experience and career paths.

Having benefited from a principle of embracing diversity, Concorde Hotels & Resorts is committed to an equal opportunities approach and is keen to build on this by, among other things, developing its means of integrating workers with disabilities.

In addition to the recruitment and continued employment of workers with disabilities, awareness initiatives are undertaken to promote a better mutual understanding and a development that moves beyond differences.

For us, excellence exists in a wide variety of forms.
Differences are simply part of this equation.

Training

In order to foster ongoing improvement in professionalism and to best identify the changes in our trade, Concorde Hotels & Resorts has made skills development a major thrust in its Human Resources policy. As a fully enshrined part of our internal mobility and advancement policy, employees have access to training opportunities throughout their career.

Contact – Concorde Training Action, the internal training centre, offers a variety of tools to help everyone progress at their own pace.

Our training-via-Internet approach makes it possible for all employees to access progression paths, followed by practical validation processes. Thus, in accordance with requirements, our teams have access to a path to improvement, from a choice of close to 50 online training modules.

Internal mobility: a priority

Our Group mobility policy fosters our employee development by taking into account their performance and potential, as well as their aspirations for change and the opportunities available within Concorde Hotels & Resorts. This policy is implemented through a variety of tools. The Career meeting is a major part of the process.
